Xeryon seeks a Master Planner & Operations Scaling Lead to own end-to-end production planning at the Leuven factory. You will transform sales forecasts and orders into an efficient shop-floor flow, align ERP data with capacity, and serve as the key link between customers and manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in demand planning/scheduling, ERP mastery, and a strong analytical mindset, with fluency in English and preference for Dutch speakers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling or supply chain coordination in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Expertise with ERP planning modules and data accuracy for materials/capacity.
• Strong understanding of MRP, S&OP, BOMs, routings, capacity calculations, and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong asset.

This is a high‑impact, "minds‑on & hands‑on" role where you take full ownership of the production flow and act as the vital link between our customers and our manufacturing floor.

Your role as Master Planner & Operations Scaling Lead

As our Master Planner & Operations Scaling Lead, you manage the heartbeat of Xeryon. This is a highly executive role for someone who thrives on making the ERP system work for the business, ensuring that every component and every motor is exactly where it needs to be. You aren't just a scheduler; you are a motivator who ensures our production and supply chain teams are aligned with the plan.

You will take full ownership of our end-to-end operational planning cycle: turning sales forecasts and customer orders into an airtight, highly efficient production flow on the shop floor. You are the conductor of our operations, ensuring that machines, people, and materials are aligned so that every order is built efficiently and delivered on time.

Your mission includes:

End-to-End Planning Ownership:

• Managing the full cycle from Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to detailed daily production scheduling, balancing market demand with internal factory capacity (CNC & Assembly) and supplier material availability.

ERP Master & Optimizer:

• Acting as the expert in our ERP planning modules, ensuring data accuracy for material requirements and capacity while always being attentive for optimization.

Primary Customer Interface:

• Serving as the trusted point of contact for delivery timelines, managing lead time expectations, and upholding customer confidence through proactive communication.

Performance & KPI Management:

• Driving results through a laser focus on On-Time Delivery (OTD), Lead Time Compliance, and Material Availability.

Execution Monitoring:

• Identifying bottlenecks and logistical risks early, and intervening directly to keep the manufacturing line moving.
• Analyzing capacity trends, run-times, and resource constraints early to prevent production stops and solve operational bottlenecks before they occur
• Translating S&OP targets into detailed, week-by-week and day-by-day production schedules for all product groups.
• Tracking daily production output against the schedule, stepping in when deviations occur, and rapidly re-aligning priorities with line leaders and production management.

Production Alignment:

• Unifying Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics behind one single, uncompromised planning priority.
• Defining, monitoring, and steering performance using core operational metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Production Schedule Adherence, Lead Time Compliance, and Material Availability.
• Continuously refining planning parameters (BOMs, routings, safety stocks, lead times) to reflect physical reality on the shop floor.

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain coordination in a high-tech manufacturing or assembly environment.
• ERP Expertise: Expert-level proficiency with ERP systems and a proven track record of improving ERP processes.
• Technical & Commercial Insight: A strong understanding of MRP, S&OP, bill of materials (BOMs), routings, capacity calculations, inventory management principles and the ability to manage professional customer communications. Experience with Odoo is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong asset.
