Keystone Solutions seeks an IT Technical Expert for government procurement to support the ANPR and sensor program at a client site in Belgium. You will draft technical requirements, analyze markets, and help define SLAs in a strict public procurement context.

Responsibilities include organizing IT workshops, coordinating input from the ANPR program, performing market analyses, and ensuring compliance with transparency and equal treatment throughout the procurement process.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and monitoring public IT procurement.
• Knowledge of Belgian and EU procurement rules for government bodies.
• Experience developing technical specifications and SLAs.
• Ability to organize IT workshops with stakeholders.
• Excellent market analysis and supplier engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft IT technical requirements and propose SLAs.
• Perform market analysis of cameras, integrators, and IT solutions.
• Coordinate input from the ANPR program and partners.
• Support the procurement process with documentation and meetings.
