Keystone Solutions seeks a Business Analyst for an ANPR project aimed at enhancing road safety. You will work on-site at client locations and coordinate with regional and federal partners, ensuring clear requirements and robust stakeholder communication.

You will analyze traffic-related needs, manage risks, and contribute to DPIAs and regulatory alignment, while maintaining structured documentation and traceability.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in business analysis and/or ICT project management in government contexts.
• Knowledge of MS Visio, PowerBI, JIRA, Confluence or similar toolsets is preferred.
• Native proficiency in Dutch or French, with strong passive knowledge of the other language; English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all traffic initiatives linked to the ANPR program have clearly defined requirements and standards.
• Identify tasks, dependencies, and risks.
• Report progress to stakeholders, including status updates, issues, bottlenecks, risks, and proposed mitigations.
• Establish and maintain quality management plans to ensure project results meet standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners to ensure success.
• Document information in a structured manner for knowledge transfer.
