Capgemini is seeking an IAM Tech Lead to drive the Identity and Access Management program for a key client in Belgium. You will act as the technical authority for IAM, shaping secure, scalable identity services and leading cross-functional teams across transformations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IAM Lead in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance and privileged access management.
• Experience with AD/Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with delivery teams, IAM architects, and stakeholders to ensure expertise and processes for the operations team.
• Advise the customer on best practices and market trends.
• Participate in design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions within the client’s environment.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM technologies ensuring security and compliance.
