Espero Soft in Brussels is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our technical team. You will be involved in designing, developing, and deploying innovative web applications for both local and international clients.

We offer a competitive salary between €45,000 to €60,000 gross annually, flexible remote work up to 4 days a week, and a dynamic team atmosphere. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in full-stack web development, proficiency in React and Next.js, and strong skills with Node.js.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in React and Next.js (App Router, Server Components).
• Strong skills in Node.js and Express.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and development best practices.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker and DevOps tools.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop complete web applications (front-end and back-end).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement modern and performant interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality.
• Optimize performance of existing applications.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
• Contribute to technical choices and project architecture.
