A leading technology firm is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team, working with European institutions in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with back-end development experience in Java and Spring Boot. Qualifications

Proficiency with fundamental front‑end languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap.
Proficiency with back‑end languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Familiarity with database technology such as Oracle and MongoDB.
Experienced in writing detailed functional analysis and producing structured documentation.

We are on the lookout for a Full stack Developer to join our team working with European Institutions based in Brussels in a Far site position (Fully remote).

For this position, you will work with our client from the European institutions.

Your Role

Development of front‑end website architecture.
Design of user interactions on web pages.
Development of back‑end website applications.
Assistance in business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans.
Analysis of integration of different information systems and implementation of core business logic.
Creation of servers and databases for functionality.
Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
Cross‑platform optimisation.
Design of responsive applications.
Design and development of APIs.
Participation in the design and creation of scalable software.
Taking lead on projects, as needed.
Maintenance of code integrity and organisation.
Writing clean, functional code on the front‑ and back‑end.
Compile and analyse data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
Meet both technical and consumer needs.
Write technical documentation.

Requirements

Who we think you are

Technical Skills

Proficiency with fundamental front‑end languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap.
Proficiency with Angular 2+.
Proficiency with back‑end languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Familiarity with database technology such as Oracle and MongoDB.
Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams, etc.).
Experienced in writing detailed functional analysis and producing structured documentation (UML diagrams, use cases, mock‑ups, etc.).
Experience with (agile) project/product management: backlog management, grooming and refinement sessions, iterative planning and delivery, estimation techniques.
Good knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture.
Good knowledge of application design.
Good knowledge of modelling tools.
