ElevenLabs seeks a customer-focused technical lead to design tailored solutions for our most strategic partners. Embedded with customers, you’ll move from brainstorming architectures to building full-scale integrations that leverage our AI voice and API platforms.

You will collaborate with customers' engineers and executives to maximize impact, use Python heavily, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with our AI models. This role demands clear communication and hands-on problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience working with customers, including academic projects or side work, is acceptable if you’re excited to work closely with them technically.
• Proficiency in Python and solid software development knowledge, including APIs integration.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners, delivering high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate daily with customer engineers and executives to optimize the use of ElevenLabs technologies.
• Drive real innovation by applying your coding skills to solve complex customer problems.
