Bluecrux is seeking an AI Engineer to turn AI ideas into practical solutions. You will build AI applications, agents and integrations for internal teams and clients, with hands-on Python development.

Medior and senior candidates are welcome; you'll own defined solutions or lead end-to-end architectures depending on experience, collaborating with consultants, product and delivery teams in a hybrid, globally oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience; five+ for seniors.
• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Built and delivered applications using generative AI, LLMs or AI agents.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and tool calling.
• Understand AI testing, security, privacy and maintainability.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Key Vault.
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions and explain decisions clearly.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel globally with hybrid work.
• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Build and deploy LLM applications, AI agents and automations.
• Develop reliable Python services, APIs, connectors and tool-calling integrations.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Build reusable AI components and delivery accelerators.
• Design prompts, tests and evaluations to improve quality, security and reliability.
• Work with consultants, architects, product and delivery teams, and clients.
