Alliance for Socially Engaged Arts is seeking a Project and Communications Officer to support programme delivery, operations, and communications across Europe. The role is fully remote for an initial six-month period, with potential extension, and requires EU/UK base with occasional travel.

You will work under the Senior Programme Manager, coordinating grants, financial processes, and partner communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination and/or programme support.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communications.
• Proficiency with digital tools including website CMS and MS Office.
• Collaborative, relational, and able to work independently in a part-time structure.

Responsabilités

• Grantmaking administration: documentation, tracking, reporting, record-keeping.
• Programme financial coordination: handle payments and liaise with partners.
• Contracts administration: prepare and manage agreements and procurement.
• Operations, logistics and events: support meetings, materials, and minutes.
• Communications and content management: newsletters, website updates, social media.
