Leaders International is seeking an independent Market Outreach Consultant to map the European travel landscape for Jordan's Eastern Badia region.

This remote, part-time assignment lasts 12 weeks, with milestones for mapping, outreach, and reporting to identify top European operators in sustainable/adventure travel and gauge partner interest.

The consultant will deliver a market sounding report and present findings to the Leaders International team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sustainable/adventure tourism, tour operator business development, or destination marketing.
• Active network of European responsible/adventure travel operators at product development/purchasing level.
• Familiarity with Jordan or the Middle East tourism landscape is highly preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Highly independent, organized, and deadline-driven working style.

Responsabilités

• Map the European tour operator landscape relevant to Jordan ecotourism and identify promising targets for Eastern Badia.
• Conduct structured outreach and conversations with shortlisted operators to gauge interest and partnership potential.
• Document findings in a comprehensive market sounding report with actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations during an online debrief with Leaders International.
