Select HR is assisting an international logistics organization in Antwerp to find a Freight Forwarder who will oversee the entire export process from start to finish. The role emphasizes end-to-end coordination by seafreight, handling export files from A to Z, maintaining daily contact with customers, and working with customs to ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Several years of freight forwarding experience with a strong focus on ocean freight exports.
• Fluency in English and/or Dutch.
• Comfortable working with new IT systems and logistics software.
• Ability to work independently, accurately and customer-focused.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files and priorities.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end coordination of export shipments by seafreight from start to finish.
• Maintain daily contact with customers and proactively monitor shipments.
• Organize and coordinate pre-carriage and on-carriage transport with partners.
• Liaise with shipping lines for operational follow-up and documentation.
• Work closely with the customs team to ensure compliant documentation.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and administrative processing of shipments.
