Unique Antwerpen Maritiem is seeking a dedicated professional to manage operational, commercial, and coordinating responsibilities within international ocean freight. You will oversee the transport process from start to finish while acting as the primary link between our internal teams and external partners.

This role requires you to lead a team and ensure continuous process optimization. The position is based in Breda, so you should be willing to commute daily.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate international deep-sea shipments (cross-trade).
• Maintain contact and negotiate with shipping lines, forwarders, and suppliers.
• Book and follow up shipments until delivery.
• Manage and verify export documentation (B/Ls, L/Cs, Incoterms).
• Analyze rates and optimize transport flows.
• Report to purchasing and sales teams.
• Lead and support a team (5 FTE).
• Contribute to and implement improvements in operational processes.

In this role, you combine operational, commercial, and coordinating responsibilities within international ocean freight. You manage the full transport process from A to Z and act as the key link between internal teams and external partners. In addition, you lead a team and ensure structure, overview, and continuous process optimization. The position is based in Breda, so you are willing to commute to this location on a daily basis.
