Your responsibilities include creating training content, evaluating AI performance, and ensuring model integrity. A Bachelor's degree and native Dutch proficiency are required, along with strong English skills and 3+ years of experience in writing or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in language-focused work.
• Deep understanding of Dutch grammar and style.

Responsabilités

• Create prompts and gold-standard Dutch answers for AI training.
• Evaluate and rank AI outputs to enhance quality.
• Detect unsafe or misleading content in AI responses.

Connaissances

Native or near-native Dutch proficiency

Strong professional proficiency in English (minimum C1)

Attention to detail

Experience in writing, editing, QA, translation

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Literature, Communications, or a related field
