Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure experience.
• Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript (real code required).
• Hands-on with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
• Advanced Linux and Git.
• Professional English, written and spoken.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production‑style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response)
• Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps
• Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoning
• Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility
• Share structured feedback that improves future task design
