Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for Belgium. The role includes site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, performed on-site or remotely, ensuring ICH-GCP and GPP compliance.

The candidate will verify informed consent, protect patient confidentiality, assess safety and data integrity, and work with site staff to resolve queries. Flemish/Dutch, French and English language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (onsite or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance.
• Verify informed consent, protect subject confidentiality and assess safety and data integrity.
• Enter data into tracking systems, support recruitment and retention, and maintain ISF/TMF readiness.
