Syneos Health Belgium is seeking an experienced CRA to join our single sponsor team in Belgium. You will perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits on-site or remotely, ensuring GCP and protocol compliance.

We require a Bachelor’s degree or RN, knowledge of ICH-GCP, fluent Dutch, French and English, and willingness to travel for monitoring visits. You will work at the Wavre office on Mondays and contribute to high-quality clinical monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Previous monitoring experience in Belgium.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use new technologies.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits.
• Ensure regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP and protocol compliance.
• Communicate issues to the project team and develop action plans.
• Maintain ISF/TMF and archiving as required; assist audit readiness.
