Orange Belgium is seeking an Analytics Engineer to turn raw data into insights across the consumer business unit. You will design metrics, build semantic models, and deliver analytics-ready datasets for self-service analytics and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics engineering, BI development, or data product design.
• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, data, statistics, or related fields.
• Strong telecom or commercial analytics knowledge.
• Fluent in English; French desirable.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain trusted data products, KPIs, and datasets; translate business ideas into reusable metrics; collaborate with Data Engineering to industrialize self-service analytics.
• Own KPI definitions and business rules; ensure data quality and compliance with governance; contribute to metadata and data lineage initiatives; promote single source of truth.
• Develop trusted, reusable data assets for self-service analytics; automate reports; enhance the analytics stack and semantic layer; improve scalability and maintainability of solutions.
• Prepare data for AI-driven analytics and LLM-based querying; evaluate new technologies to enhance user experience; support augmented analytics and self-service decision-making.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges; support analysts with reliable data assets; promote standard metrics and automation to improve performance management.
