Lighthouse, a leading AI-driven platform for independent hotel operators, seeks a results-driven closer with SaaS experience to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will leverage innovative AI-assisted tools to qualify, sequence, and close deals, targeting independent hotels and driving revenue growth across regions. This role rewards performance with a competitive compensation package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a closing sales role with SaaS experience.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus; discipline and structure in deal execution matter most.
• Fluent English (almost native).

Responsabilités

• Own your territory and your quota. Build and execute a strategic plan, generate a net-new pipeline, maintain 3× pipeline coverage, forecast honestly, and take full accountability for your results.
• Hunt and build a pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, events, and conferences. This is not an SDR-only role.
• Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to progress deals with evidence at each stage.
• Leverage AI tools to prep calls, conduct discovery, and position the offering effectively.
• Become an expert in the independent hotel market and position Lighthouse Indy products—Pricing Manager, Channel Manager, Reservation Manager, and Booking Engine—as an integrated solution.
