adesso Belgium is expanding its software engineering division and seeking senior Java developers. You will design and deliver full-stack software, including backend in Java/Spring Boot and frontend in Angular/React/Vue, while applying OpenAPI specs and modern CI/CD practices.

You will work in an Agile team, bridging architecture, code reviews, and deployment, with AI-assisted coding and Copilot practices to accelerate high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Java developer.
• Strong passion for building high-quality digital solutions and ability to convince customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of modern software architectures (microservices, cloud-native).

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack software solutions.
• Set up REST APIs according to OpenAPI specs and ensure stable integration with other systems.
• Work with modern CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and test automation.
• Collaborate in an Agile scrum team with analysts, developers, architects and designers.
• Communicate progress and technical choices clearly; present solutions to customers and stakeholders.
