Job summary

ictjob.be is seeking an AI Engineer / Data Scientist for a fully remote role focused on building an intelligent matching engine that links job seekers with opportunities and training programs. The candidate will integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, design AI-powered ranking, and deploy via cloud-native pipelines.

Responsibilities include Python-based algorithm development, data ingestion with Microsoft Fabric, semantic search with Azure AI Search, and Docker-based deployment within CI/CD

Qualifications

• Design, develop and optimize AI-powered matching and ranking
• Develop data ingestion and processing pipelines
• Implement semantic search and indexing with Azure AI Search

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and improve AI-powered matching, scoring and recommendation algorithms using Python.
• Build data ingestion and processing pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Implement semantic search and indexing capabilities with Azure AI Search.
• Leverage Azure AI Foundry to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Implement fuzzy matching, reranking and recommendation mechanisms.
• Deploy applications using Docker, Azure App Service and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop APIs and connectors for integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other business applications.
• Ensure data quality, security, monitoring and regulatory compliance.
• Design and execute tests to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of matching results.
• Support production deployments, technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
