Job summary

ICTJob.be is seeking an AI Engineer / Data Scientist for a fully remote role to design, develop and enhance an intelligent matching engine that connects job seekers with opportunities and training programs. The solution will integrate into the organisation's Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

You will build data pipelines, implement semantic search with Azure AI Search, and deploy with Docker and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating across teams to ensure data quality, security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build data ingestion and processing pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Implement semantic search and indexing capabilities with Azure AI Search.
• Leverage Azure AI Foundry to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Implement fuzzy matching, reranking and recommendation mechanisms.
• Deploy applications using Docker, Azure App Service and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop APIs and connectors for integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other business applications.
• Ensure data quality, security, monitoring and regulatory compliance.
• Design and execute tests to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of matching results.
• Support production deployments, technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
