CoinPoker is seeking an Affiliate Manager to drive the growth of its poker affiliate book across the region while sourcing, negotiating, and closing new deals. You will manage existing partners and ensure strong commercial performance through data-driven decisions.

Working remotely with flexible hours, you will identify high-value opportunities, build relationships within the poker community, and optimize rakeback and CPA structures to maximize long-term player value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record sourcing and closing poker affiliate deals, with the acquisition and rake numbers to show for it and the ability to explain the commercial decisions behind them.
• Strong understanding of poker and poker player economics, including rakeback structures and player segments.
• Established relationships within the regional poker affiliate landscape, or the ability to build them quickly.

Responsabilités

• Source, negotiate, and close new poker affiliate deals across the region, structuring CPA, rev share, rakeback-based, and hybrid arrangements within guardrails.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new affiliate opportunities across the regional landscape.
• Structure and manage deals with understanding of poker player economics, balancing rakeback and deal costs against player volume, longevity, and net contribution.
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the regional partner book, managing communication and performance-focused partner management.
• Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance, including traffic quality, rake generation, and player longevity, renegotiating or cutting underperforming sources.
• Report regularly on new deals closed, pipeline, book performance, and key risks and opportunities, maintaining accurate partner records.
