Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Elektromechanica, Werktuigbouwkunde, Industriële Wetenschappen or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Nederlands and Engels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Building/Facilities maintenance programs and budgets, and manage SLAs.
• Lead Lean and reliability initiatives (IL6S, PM, CBM) to reduce breakdowns.
• Coach operating teams and develop capability through training on maintenance and CIL techniques.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders to align priorities with company objectives.
• Analyze storingsdata; identify critical assets and act to increase MTBF.
