Biobest in Belgium is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Officer to manage day-to-day regulatory work for our biopesticide and biostimulant portfolio across countries. You will handle labels, registrations, and third-party obligations, reporting to the Global Product Manager Biopesticides & Biostimulants.

You will collaborate with Global Product Management and local teams to ensure market readiness, regulatory compliance, and timely submissions, with occasional travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field.
• 2-4 years of regulatory/compliance experience in crop protection or biopesticides.
• Hands-on experience with labels, dossiers, or product compliance administration.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple ongoing obligations and deadlines across several countries.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong asset.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain product labels across all relevant countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate label updates with suppliers, translators, and local teams; ensure alignment with registrations.
• Track and fulfil ongoing third-party obligations and manage registrations, renewals, and deadlines.
• Liaise with Global Product Management to reflect regulatory realities in decisions.
• Coordinate with local country teams and consultants to keep dossiers current.
