Hermès in Brussels is seeking a Retail Operations Officer to coordinate regional retail operations across the store network within the Benelux & Nordics region. Based at the regional Head Office, you will collaborate with stores and central teams to ensure consistency with group standards and to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a Business School, Engineering School or equivalent university degree.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations or related fields.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Retail Operations Excellence: uphold back of house transformation and Retail Excellence standards across stores.
• Project Management: deploy regional projects, coordinate training, launch and post-launch support.
• After-Sales Operations: support after-sales tools and processes across Front and Back of House.
• KPI & Performance Management: monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities, run diagnostics and share best practices regionally.
