argenx SE seeks a seasoned Associate Director Ethics & Compliance to drive regional compliance initiatives across Europe, Australia, and Canada. You will advise regional teams, develop policies, and lead trainings to ensure ethical practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Fluency in English is required, with additional European language skills preferred. The role involves travel and collaboration with Legal, Commercial, and Medical teams to uphold robust compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of regional biopharmaceutical industry experience in a relevant compliance function.
• Fluent in English with additional European languages preferred.
• Expertise in European corporate commercial healthcare law and regulation related to development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products.

Responsabilités

• Advise regional commercial and medical teams to provide compliance input across product portfolio.
• Evolve and align the Global Ethics & Compliance program regionally with company values and laws.
• Draft and implement policies and guidance with Legal and other Ethics & Compliance colleagues.
• Deliver Ethics & Compliance training to the organization and field staff.
• Support audits, investigations, and transparency reporting as required.
• Foster a strong ethical culture aligned with Argengx values.
