Wat ga je precies doen als Recruitment Consultant?

• Als Recruitment Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige rekruteringscyclus en de commerciële uitbouw van je eigen markt.
• Je zoekt proactief naar talent via LinkedIn, jobboards en onze eigen database.
• Je voert diepgaande interviews om de ambities en competenties van kandidaten te ontdekken.
• Je begeleidt kandidaten van A tot Z, van het eerste contact tot de loononderhandelingen en de opstart.
• Kortom, je bent ondernemer, adviseur en matchmaker in één.
