Jan De Nul is seeking an HSE Advisor for the Antwerp region to ensure safety across major civil projects. You will conduct site safety tours, enforce safety agreements, and lead risk analyses while coordinating with site management and subcontractors.

Required are a Level 2 safety advisor certification, 5+ years in construction, and fluent English and French with Dutch knowledge. The role offers varied days on-site and a strong safety-first culture.

# HSE Advisor AntwerpYour Work ContextFor the region of Antwerp, we are looking for an HSE Advisor who has a good knowledge of Dutch, English and French. You will be involved in our prestigious civil projects such as the expansion of new data centers, the construction of the Defence headquarters, the Oosterweel connection, etc. As an HSE Advisor, you are also responsible for implementing and monitoring the safety policy. You work closely with site management and ensure that the projects run smoothly and safely.Your RoleIn the morning, you start the day with a tour of the site. You put on your personal protective equipment and have a chat with the site manager, before heading out to the site together: How is the project going? What's planned for the next few weeks and months? Have there been any difficulties or problems? Are there things you need to know or can help resolve?During your tour, you observe the work with the site team and check that safety agreements are being followed. You have a conversation with the people working there and you are interested in what they are doing. Is there a problem with the safety of the works?
