Seafar is building a reactive, high-performance desktop platform that serves as the interface between remote operators and real vessels. You will contribute to real-time telemetry, hardware integration, and safety-critical software that must behave reliably under pressure.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in C#/.NET within a complex codebase.
• Understanding of end-to-end system behavior and architecture.
• Writes clean, tested, maintainable code.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership of work.
• Interest in hardware-integrated, safety-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop a reactive, high-performance desktop platform for remote vessel operation.
• Integrate real-world input hardware (joysticks, pedals, sensors).
• Build features end-to-end and create vessel and joystick simulators.
• Monitor, profile and optimize performance; write robust tests.
