Médiane Benelux is expanding its project teams in Charleroi, Belgium, seeking a Systems Architect to secure the overall system architecture under rigorous real-time and regulatory constraints.

You will define and maintain architecture, structure requirements, and support cross‑functional teams through the lifecycle of complex, safety-critical systems. A Master’s degree and 5 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial systems architecture.
• Strong understanding of real-time embedded systems.
• Solid expertise in hardware/software integration.
• Experience in requirements management and traceability.
• Ability to technically challenge solutions and structure complex projects.
• Rigorous, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in a standardised, regulated, or critical environment is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Define, consolidate, and maintain the system architecture (functional and technical).
• Analyse and structure system requirements (tools such as Rectify, ReqSuits, or equivalent).
• Ensure consistency between hardware, software, and real-time constraints.
• Support development and validation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in key technical decision-making.
• Contribute to technical documentation and architecture reviews.
• Work closely with project teams and internal stakeholders.
