Médiane Benelux invites an experienced software engineer to join a multinational, cross-functional team based in Charleroi, focused on Verification & Verification tooling for railway signalling and control systems. You will design, develop, and integrate software components in C# and Python, build test frameworks, and collaborate with hardware teams to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance on next‑generation rail projects.

Fluent English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with C# development.
• Desirable: experience in railway software (ERTMS Level 2).
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

• Specification & Architecture: Define tool requirements and architecture with software architects.
• Software Development (C# & Python): Design and implement software components and test them.
• Integration & Collaboration: Work with hardware and software teams; support tool integration.
• V&V Tooling: Build tailored tools for validation campaigns and improve processes.
• Teamwork & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate across Belgium and international teams.
