Dekimo Belgium seeks a Certification & Compliance Specialist to manage relations with certification bodies (ERA, ISA, NoBo, DeBo, AsBo, NSA) and to support external audits. You will draft and maintain certification documentation, review National Specifications, report to the Program Manager, and assist in OSS/authorization file preparation while monitoring regulatory changes in ETCS and Subset-026.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business engineering or Engineering/Software Engineering/Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of experience in the railway industry, preferably in system engineering, validation or certification activities.
• Knowledge of CENELEC EN50126/EN50128/EN50129 and TS50701.
• Knowledge of Class-B systems: TBL1+, PZB, ATB-NG, KVB.
• ISO 9001 knowledge is a plus.
• Mandatory understanding of ETCS principles and Subset-026 specifications.
• Knowledge of the European railway authorization process (ERA/OSS) is an asset.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with assessment, certification and authorization bodies (ERA, ISA, NoBo, DeBo, AsBo, NSA, ERA).
• Support external audits and their preparation, organization and post activities management.
• Review and validate National Specifications inputs for project activities.
• Draft and maintain certification documentation and plans for projects.
• Report functionally to a Program Manager.
• Prepare evidence for assessment bodies and resolve certification findings.
• Contribute to OSS/authorization file preparation under supervision.
• Collaborate with RAMS and System Engineers as needed.
• Conduct regulatory monitoring in the area of responsibility.
