Job summary

Keystone Solutions seeks a seasoned Test Coordinator to lead end-to-end testing across two parallel projects at a client site in Belgium. You will translate risks into test strategies, ensure readiness of environments and data, and report succinctly to stakeholders, while coordinating distributed testing teams.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of professional software testing experience, including 10 years in a Test Coordinator/Lead/Manager role.
• ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent certification.
• Experience in public transport planning processes and associated testing.
• Coordination of definition, planning and execution for functional and non-functional testing incl. test automation.
• Operational experience with Playwright and ReadyAPI from direct projects.
• Staffing, capacity planning and coordination of distributed testing teams.
• English at CEFR C1 level or higher; Dutch or French at CEFR C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination of end-to-end testing lifecycle for the assigned scope from testability reviews to release readiness.
• Translate risks and requirements into actionable test approaches; ensure readiness of people, environments, data and tools.
• Follow execution and defects; provide concise reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing across two parallel projects with distinct testing teams.
• Operate on-site with the client and align with their delivery stakeholders.
