Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Strong experience in Product Development Quality or Quality Assurance in industrial/project environments.
• Proven experience with NPI projects and large, complex engineering projects (power systems, grid solutions).
• In-depth knowledge of QMS, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with quality tools: FMEA, RCA, CoPQ, PPAP, and control plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement BU Product Development Quality strategies for NPI and large GPS projects.
• Guide R&D and cross-functional teams in applying quality standards from initiation to implementation.
• Ensure quality objectives are defined, integrated into project plans, and executed.
