Procter & Gamble Brussels is offering an internship where you will gain industrial experience and work on your own project from day 1. You will apply your technical skills to real-world challenges and collaborate with a diverse international team in state-of-the-art facilities.

We are looking for Master students in scientific fields or engineering with excellent academic records, strong English, and a proactive, curious mindset ready to contribute to innovative consumer goods development.

Your Contribution to P&G’s Success

You will gain industrial experience and experience what working with us is like; You will be responsible for your own project(s) from day 1 and put your technical skills to work on some of the toughest technical challenges; You will improve your collaboration and management skills through practical experience and interactive training courses; You get to experience the working environment in a leading international company and learn to work effectively with people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

Internship Availability and Duration

Currently, internships available as of October 2026 or later. Our internship normally runs for 4-6 months, but we also offer internship/placements/thesis for longer periods (up to 1 year) and at different times of the year. Opportunities of internship in other technical centers in Germany can also be talked during the recruiting process. If studying at a Belgian university, please make sure you consult with the internship department at your school to agree on the paid internship we offer.

Internship Projects

• Develop new breakthrough methods
• Gain new consumer insights and translate these into testable prototypes
• Identify new technologies or technical solutions for the performance, stability and scale-up of our products
• Design new packages that are more sustainable
• Use State of the Art technology to understand, visualize and model problems and come up with creative solutions
• Use research scale equipment to develop new processes for manufacturing

Job Qualifications

• Master students at an European university, studying scientific subjects (natural/life/physical) or engineering (chemical/mechanical/electrical/design)
• Students who will be enrolled at university for the full period of the internship
• Demonstrated history of academic excellence at all stages through school and university education
• Good command of English
• Passion and ability to take initiative and make things happen
• Be technically curious, creative and innovative
• Have a good communication and collaboration skills
