A leading food company in Aalst is seeking an R&D Food Technician to contribute to applied research projects for developing new applications and products. Responsibilities include running laboratory experiments, delivering analytical results, and ensuring lab safety and hygiene. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a scientific field and be proficient in French and English.

The R&D Food Technician, Beverage & Bakery, is contributing to applied research projects enabling to develop new applications for existing products, developing new products and contributing to a high level of support to customer.
The responsibilities cover running laboratory and pilot experiments and trials and analytical work (physical, chemical, sensory) and include the participation to develop new protocols and analytical methods.
