Accenture Belgium is seeking an Engineering and R&D Transformation Lead to guide client engagements across product development, digital technology and operations. You will shape transformation roadmaps, drive PLM and digital engineering initiatives, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in R&D or engineering with consulting.
• Experience across Consumer Goods, Industrial Equipment, Automotive or Pharma.
• Hands-on with PLM platforms: Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, SAP PLM.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end-to-end from diagnostics to value realization.
• Define transformation roadmaps and governance models.
• Lead and mentor teams across engineering workstreams.
• Collaborate with Accenture's global engineering network.
