Atlas Copco Group is seeking an Engineering Quality Assurance (EQA) engineer in Antwerp to join the FTK team within Airtec. You will oversee general engineering quality assurance across product ranges, review designs, lead DFMEA activities, and drive CAPAs with product, manufacturing and suppliers.

You will participate in evaluating field quality issues, train teams, and report on quality performance at divisional meetings while contributing to a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering quality assurance for multiple product ranges or technologies.
• Ability to review designs and justify changes (calculations, tests).
• Experience leading DFMEA activities and providing field-quality insights.

Responsabilités

• Review global product designs and justify changes.
• Lead DFMEA activities and risk analyses.
• Assess approvals for Airtec products.
• Investigate root causes of field quality issues.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize quality issues by impact on safety and reliability.
• Act as Airtec spokesperson on field quality matters.
• Maintain and update design manuals and knowledge documents.
• Evaluate quality deviations in Airtec production.
• Contribute to training and documentation for the organization.
