Job summary

InTouch is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to grow and optimize our mobility software. You will validate functionalities, document bugs, and manage quality processes while building automated tests with Robot Framework (Python).

You’ll strengthen our AI‑driven testing approaches and collaborate with a 15+ engineering team in a hybrid Leuven/Sint-Truiden hub. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with experience using Git, SQL, Docker, Bash, and modern test frameworks like Selenium, Cypress or

• Senior QA Engineer with testing leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Fluent in Dutch and English for written and spoken communication.
• Ability to design test plans, review requirements, and ensure quality across features.

Your main goal is to grow and optimize the existing InTouch product by testing the software and managing quality processes:

• Validate Functionalities: Test and validate new functionalities, ensuring they meet both technical and user requirements.
• Identify & Document Bugs: Track bugs and their causes, ensuring they’re resolved effectively.
• Manage Quality Processes: Create test scenarios, optimize the test plan, and report to stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Automated Testing: Set up and maintain automated tests using the Robot Framework (Python) to guarantee consistent software quality.
• Innovate Testing Processes: Help make our testing processes more efficient and innovative, leveraging AI-driven solutions.

What are we looking for in you?

• We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer, someone who creates structure, naturally takes charge, and isn't afraid to dive deep.
• Tech Expertise: In your tech toolkit we’ll find: Git, SQL, Docker, and Bash to enhance testing and automation workflows.
• Standards Savvy: Familiarity with OpenAPI and AsyncAPI is a bonus.
• Broader Tools & Skills: Experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, and programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript, is a big cherry on top
• You are analytical and quality-driven.
• You are eager to optimize and automate the testing process.
• You find collaborating with the development team challenging and exciting.
• You are entrepreneurial and have a positive, proactive mindset.
