MindCapture is seeking recent graduates to start a career in a hands-on QA environment within the healthcare industry.

You will join MindCapture as a consultant for an international market leader, performing inspections, data verification and release of components and materials while working in rotating early/late shifts.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor degree in chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical laboratory technology or another scientific discipline.
• No prior QA experience required.
• First QA exposure or GMP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Comfortable following procedures and performing routine work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in rotating early and late shifts.
• Motivated to build a career in Quality.

Responsabilités

• Perform incoming inspections on a wide variety of components and materials.
• Carry out visual inspections and verify product data and documentation.
• Perform sampling, measurements and small tests according to procedures.
• Register results and release compliant components and incoming materials.
• Review production records and verify documentation is complete and accurate.
• Technically review and release completed production orders in the quality systems.
• Perform daily Quality checks within production and controlled environments.
• Act as an initial QA contact for Quality issues on the production floor.
• Support deviations and investigations by gathering information and performing additional controls.
• Work closely with Quality, production and warehouse colleagues.
• Work in a rotating two shift system with early and late shifts.
