MindCapture invites a QA-focused consultant to join our international healthcare team in Gent. You will perform quality control testing on raw materials and finished products, interpreting results and ensuring GMP-compliant documentation.

This role contributes to safe, high-quality medicines reaching patients worldwide. With a bachelor degree in chemistry or equivalent and hands-on QC experience, you’ll work early/late shifts and collaborate across the lab to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of professional QC experience.
• Practical experience with HPLC and GC.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English at minimum B2 level.
• Willingness to work early (6am - 2pm) and late shift (2pm - 10pm).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and GMP documentation.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials and finished products.
• Analyse samples using HPLC, GC, IR and UV techniques.
• Interpret analytical results and report findings accurately.
• Work according to GMP guidelines and established quality procedures.
• Document and update analytical methods.
• Contribute actively to a safe and efficient laboratory environment.
