Air Liquide Medical Ltd. NV and Air Liquide Healthcare Netherlands seek a Quality Manager & Qualified Person to lead the QP activities for the Schelle facility and remotely for two other Belgian sites. You will manage batch releases, GMP compliance, and key project initiatives across Europe.

You will head a 7-person team, supervise validation programs, deviations, investigations, and supplier interactions, while aligning with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Director and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences with QP number.
• 8–10 years of experience as a Qualified Person in pharmaceutical manufacturing and QC.
• Proven leadership, GMP/GLP knowledge, deviation management and root-cause analysis.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Act as QP for Schelle site, ensuring regulatory compliance and batch release.
• Lead a team of 7 and oversee daily release activities, deviations and CAPAs.
• Drive pharma projects: validation of processes, methods and product launches.
• Ensure continuous GMP compliance and participate in audits/inspections.
