Air Liquide Medical Ltd. NV and Air Liquide Healthcare Netherlands seek a Quality Manager & Qualified Person for the Schelle site in Belgium, with accountability for batch release and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a 7-person team, manage OOS investigations, deviations, and CAPAs, and drive validation projects across Europe. The role requires a Master’s degree in Pharmacy with a QP number and 8–10 years of QP experience in pharma manufacturing and QC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences with QP number.
• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Qualified Person (QP) in a pharmaceutical manufacturing and QC environment.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Qualified Person (QP) for the Schelle manufacturing site, and remotely for two additional Belgian sites.
• Oversee batch release, ensure GMP/GLP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of 7 staff and manage daily release activities, deviation management and OOS investigations.
• Drive site pharma projects: validation of new manufacturing processes and introduction of new analytical methods.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and inspections; drive continuous improvement across the site.
