Johnson & Johnson, a leader in Innovative Medicine, seeks a QC CAR-T Investigation Coordinator based in Beerse, Belgium. You will support daily QC operations, lead investigations with root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions within a cross-functional team from production through QA.

The role emphasizes GMP compliance, strong documentation, and collaborative training delivery within the QC group, with weekend coverage as noted. Be part of the CAR-T hub expanding capacity across Europe.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance is required.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, flexibly, and accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably within Quality Control, is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to and practical experience with molecular and cell biology techniques, including PCR, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Cell Culture, and Mycoplasma testing, would be highly beneficial and is considered a preferred qualification.

CAR-T is an innovative treatment for blood cancer that harnesses the power of a patient’s own immune system. By genetically modifying the patient’s T-cells to recognize and eliminate cancer cells, this advanced technology offers new hope to patients for whom other therapies have provided limited or no benefit. To support the expansion of CAR-T treatment capacity in Europe, we are looking for talented and motivated colleagues to join our CAR-T hub. The Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Group, a member of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, is recruiting a QC CAR-T Investigation Coordinator based in Beerse, Belgium.

This position is part of the weekend team, working Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

As part of the QC team, your key responsibilities will include:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€52.000,00 - €82.685,00
