Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Beerse, Belgium, is seeking a QC CAR-T Investigation Coordinator to join the weekend QC team. You will support daily QC operations, lead investigations, define corrective actions, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to close out actions on time.

The role requires a Master’s degree in biochemistry or related field (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience), knowledge of cGMP/FDA-EU guidance, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance is required.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in Quality Control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with molecular/cell biology techniques (PCR, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Cell Culture, Mycoplasma testing) is beneficial.

The Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Group, a member of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, is recruiting a QC CAR-T Investigation Coordinator based in Beerse, Belgium.

This position is part of the weekend team, working Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

As part of the QC team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting daily QC operations in close collaboration with supervisors, analysts, Production, Warehouse, and QA.
• Leading QC investigations and preparing final investigation reports based on thorough root cause analysis.
• You will define and implement corrective actions, monitor their effectiveness, and ensure timely execution and closure. For cross-departmental QC investigations, you will coordinate a multidisciplinary team and act as the QC representative.
• Developing and delivering training or awareness sessions within QC.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance is required.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, flexibly, and accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably within Quality Control, is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to and practical experience with molecular and cell biology techniques, including PCR, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Cell Culture, and Mycoplasma testing, would be highly beneficial and is considered a preferred qualification.

The Anticipated Base Pay Range For This Position Is

€52.000,00 - €82.685,00
