Ayesa Digital in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking a QA Tester to join our international team and ensure the quality, reliability, and fitness for purpose of software solutions through systematic testing and effective defect management. You will define test plans, create test cases, execute manual and UAT testing, and collaborate with developers and analysts to reproduce and resolve defects.

English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing and QA, including manual and automated testing.
• Experience with TestRail or Zephyr Scale.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience executing functional, regression and UAT testing.
• Understanding of defect lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of manual test design techniques including equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, state transition, and exploratory testing.
• Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work in multilingual teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain test plans and test cases.
• Analyse requirements to identify test conditions and acceptance criteria.
• Design and develop test scenarios and scripts.
• Execute manual functional, regression and UAT testing.
• Coordinate integration, security, load and performance testing.
• Verify features meet requirements and are fit for purpose.
• Prepare and manage test data in relational databases.
• Capture test evidence (screenshots, logs).
• Identify, document and track defects throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to reproduce and resolve defects.
• Communicate test results through reports and dashboards.
• Maintain regression test suites and improve QA processes.
• Apply test design techniques like equivalence partitioning and boundary value analysis.
• Contribute to multilingual meetings and international teams.
