Movu Robotics is seeking a QA Test Engineer to perform comprehensive testing of our Offboard Systems software on physical hardware before release. You will work in the R&D department, collaborating closely with software developers and onboard engineers to ensure quality across configurations and databases.

You will verify compatibility, execute customer-specific test scenarios, and document tests, reports, and defects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with API testing.
• Basic knowledge of C# or .NET is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar issue tracking systems.
• Experience with hardware/software integration testing is valuable.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Test the Offboard Systems software on physical hardware before release.
• Collaborate with software developers and onboard engineers in R&D.
• Test multiple hardware configurations and database environments.
• Verify backwards compatibility for upgrades.
• Execute customer-specific test scenarios with custom plugins and configurations.
• Validate release notes and document new features and fixes.
• Document test processes and produce detailed test reports.
• Identify and document software defects using issue tracking tools.
