Capgemini Engineering in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a QA Micro trainer to provide microbiological oversight and aseptic training for autologous CAR-T product manufacturing in Grade B cleanrooms. The role requires aseptic qualification of personnel and driving contamination-control initiatives.

Candidates should have a science/engineering background with GMP experience, and be open to shifts (6-14h and 12-20h). Capgemini offers mentoring and global tech challenges as part of career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Aseptic manufacturing experience in biological/pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of cGMP and FDA/EU guidance for aseptic manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Provide microbiological and aseptic oversight of CAR-T production in cleanrooms.
• Deliver instructor-led trainings and raise awareness on aseptic techniques.
• Drive aseptic oversight and floor surveillance in collaboration with QC and operations.
