HumanInTech is seeking a senior UX researcher to lead research and strategy for a public-sector client in Brussels. Your work will shape a scalable UX framework, addressing audiences from civil servants to citizens while aligning with a design system and accessibility standards.

You will map audiences, conduct interviews and testing, build personas, and create a decision grid to tailor UX involvement per project. The role demands collaboration with design system and accessibility teams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level UX researcher or strategy lead with proven research leadership.
• Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods and their translation into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with user interviews, testing, personas and journey mapping.
