Job summary

Euroclear Brussels is offering a paid internship in the Public Affairs team within the Compliance and Public Affairs Division. You will assist with policy debates related to market infrastructures and the European financial architecture, under a mentor, for 4 to 6 months.

The role focuses on drafting, briefing materials, monitoring policy developments and delivering research support in a multinational, European setting.

Qualifications

• Active student status (Bachelor or Master) in Finance, Banking and Financial Law, European politics or International Relations.
• Excellent level of English, including drafting and communication.
• Team player but able to work autonomously; strong analytical and research skills.
• Discreet, well organized and stress resistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist Public Affairs team on a variety of topics under the Compliance and Public Affairs Division.
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations and materials; monitor policy discussions and developments.
• Conduct research and contribute to team tasks; participate in interactions and activities for development.
